Baby and Hannah are home

Last night Hannah and baby checked out of the hospital and came home together. The doctors were telling us that they wanted keep them for another day but there was so many pregnant woman needing to check it that they let they go. Ezekiel

This morning at 12:59 AM Hannah gave birth to a heathy baby boy. 8lbs 8oz and 21.25 inches long. We are so thankful to finally get to meet this little guy and he is so beautiful. Hannah did great through the entire 34 hrs of light, medium and then very hard labor. Thank you for your [ READ MORE ]

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone. We are celebrating new years day here in Gifu, Japan with Hannah’s sister and still waiting for baby to be born. Baby is a few days late…

Hannah checked into the hospital

Today Hannah was checked into the hospital to wait for baby to be born. We don’t really understand why they wanted to check her in, she has not gone into labor and has no pain and her water has not broken. Maybe they think her being in the hospital will make baby want to come [ READ MORE ]

Baby Checkup

Today we went to the hospital for a checkup and they put a heart rate monitor on baby and we could hear babies heart. It was beating pretty fast, about 120-130bps. It’s so amazing to hear the heart and think back to when we first saw the heart on the sonogram when baby was only [ READ MORE ]

Melissa is here!
